Are your products handmade?

Yes. Every soap and scrub is handmade in small batches using
high-quality, natural ingredients. Each product is crafted with care to ensure
freshness, consistency, and a luxurious self-care experience.

Are your products vegan?

Most products are vegan, and all are cruelty-free. Items containing honey or milk
will be clearly listed in the ingredient description



 Are your products safe for sensitive skin?

Yes. Our formulas are created with gentle ingredients like
coconut oil, shea butter, oatmeal, chamomile, and essential oils. However, if
you have highly sensitive skin or allergies, we recommend doing a patch test
before full use.

How long will it take to get my order?

Processing Time: 2–3 business days

Shipping (U.S.): 3–5 business days

International Shipping: 7–14 business days

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we ship worldwide. Shipping fees and delivery times vary by country.

Do you accept returns?

Due to the nature of body-care products, soaps, scrubs,
and Bloom Boxes are final sale for hygiene and safety reasons.

Unopened items may be eligible for return within 14 days. Customers are
responsible for return shipping.

Can I change or cancel my order?

If your order has not been shipped yet, we can assist with cancellations or changes. Please contact us within 12 hours of placing your
order.

My package says delivered, but I didn’t receive it.

Please check with neighbors, your mailbox, or your local
post office.

Once USPS marks an item as delivered, we are unable to replace missing
packages. Please file a missing mail claim with USPS.

Do you offer custom or bulk orders?

Yes! For events, bridal showers, birthdays, or wholesale

Each product includes a full ingredient list on its product

How should I store my soap?

Keep your soap in a dry, cool place. Using a soap dish or soap saver helps your bar last longer by allowing it to dry between uses.

How do Bloom Boxes work?

Bloom Boxes include three soaps of your choice (or a
curated mix).

Simply select your scents and add them to your Bloom Box at checkout.

They come beautifully packaged — perfect for gifting or self-care.
